2-year limited warranty

Active on the date of purchase

Applies to original owner only

Covers defects in workmanship, not normal wear

Valid only if assembled and maintained professionally

Frames used for other than the intended purposes are not covered

All warranty honors are subject to physical inspection by VeloVie

Rear derailleur hangers are not under warranty as they are designed to bend or break to save the frame from damages

VeloVie has a crash replacement policy with a discount applied towards the purchase of a new frame, and is determined on a case-by-case basis. All non-VeloVie parts and components are covered under their original manufacturer’s warranty, and should be addressed in accordance with the manufacturer’s policy.
