We understand that our direct-to-consumer pricing model is making you say, “is this too good to be true?” We realize that. But we also realize that the answer is “YES”, but you might need to feel the bike underneath you to be so sure. This is why we are offering you 2 weeks from the time of delivery of a bike to decide if you want to keep it. Seriously. Order the bike of your dreams online, put the wheels on when it shows up, ride it for a week or so, then come let us know if you want to keep it. You won’t say no, but if you do, we won’t ask any questions…

While there’s typically no decent reason to return a new bicycle, IF you need to, you may do so within 7 days of delivery (after the 14 day assurance window mentioned above). The buyer is responsible for return shipping and a 15% restocking fee. The remainder of the refund is contingent upon the return of a damage-free product in mint condition. Should this requirement not be met, VeloVie is not responsible for re-delivery. Please contact us at cs@velovie.com with any questions, or to initiate a return.
